Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS, where applicable.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after your parcel has been handed over to the courier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you believe an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
