Returns
Due to the nature of dietary supplement products, we can only accept returns if the item is:

Returned within 14 days of delivery
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened, used, damaged, or tampered products.
Non-Returnable Items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once reviewed and approved, we may arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable solution.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees, handling fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. PROVENLY is not responsible for returned items lost during transit.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return if the item meets our return conditions.
Change of Mind
Change-of-mind returns are only accepted if the product is unopened, unused, sealed, and returned within the return period.
Product Results
PROVENLY products are dietary supplements, and individual results may vary. Refunds will not be issued based on personal preference, expectation, or individual results after the product has been opened or used.
